Healthy Lifestyle


To start a healthy lifestyle must begin from within ourselves .. Our subconscious indoctrinated to do such a lifestyle ... because without us knowing if our lifestyle is already terdoktrin psehat in our subconscious, we will be easier to do it ... To be sure all went back to the intent, it is the basic factor determining the success of someone .. to start a healthy lifestyle that you should do is:

1. Jogging is a sport easiest and most inexpensive thing you can do. to run relaxed for 30 minutes a day is enough to burn calories in the body.

2. Consumption of Fruit Consumption of fruits that contain lots of Vitamin C like oranges, apples, pears, red guava and many more .. eating fruit can help maintain a healthy body.

3. Vegetable Consumption of vegetables every day Consuming adequate fiber needed by our body, multiply eat vegetables that have high fiber content.

4. White Water is very important for our bodies, by consuming 8 glasses of water a day can help keep your metabolism, keep the body from dehydration.
